Shoulder Eval, Reset
- first screen cervical clinical practice patterns
- if cervical screen is negative and repeated loading does not improve shoulder function, mobility and/or pain look for the the following patterns on the involved side shoulder
- loss of passive shoulder extension in sitting
- loss of shoulder IR with scapula stabilized in supine
- if there is a loss on the involved side compared to uninvolved, the reset then becomes repeated shoulder extension
- to mitigate threat during shoulder extension
- IASTM to lateral shoulder patterns
- IASTM progression for shoulder mobility
- EDGE Mobility Band Wrapping in supine shoulder IR, have patient move actively into the reset and perform overpressure
- pain free pec minor release to improve shoulder IR
