Shoulder Stability Part 1
- After resetting the shoulder, patients may need to build strength and tissue resiliency with some of these exercises
- these are my favorites, and the ones that are more likely to be novel compared to traditional band/cuff exercises
- kettlebell
- press, carry
- press and trunk rotation - make sure you cue the patient to lock their hips, my trunk mobility is poor as you can see in the video, I needed some cuing!
- rotation - slow into ER and IR
- with resistance (or EDGE Mobility)
- isometric band holds
Part 2 will be eccentric isometrics
