Shoulder Stability Part 1
  • After resetting the shoulder, patients may need to build strength and tissue resiliency with some of these exercises
  • these are my favorites, and the ones that are more likely to be novel compared to traditional band/cuff exercises
  • kettlebell 
    • press, carry
    • press and trunk rotation - make sure you cue the patient to lock their hips, my trunk mobility is poor as you can see in the video, I needed some cuing!
    • rotation - slow into ER and IR
  • with resistance (or EDGE Mobility)
    • isometric band holds
Part 2 will be eccentric isometrics
