I recently taught my first live seminar since the pandemic started! One of the participants had a history of onset of bilateral frozen shoulders, both after getting injections to test for auto immune issues. While her left shoulder had resolved, her right should had moderately limited motion. She also had history of right radicular complaints. I chose her for this case demo because she also could not tolerate cervical retraction and loading by her partner.
In this case, I go over
- Upper Quarter Clinical Practice Patterns
- Isometrics for the cervical spine and upper trap to improve ipsilateral loading
- Repeated shoulder extension
