- Instead of hacks, people need to master the basics when it comes to sleep:
- Sleep schedule, minimizing blue light exposure, understanding impact of caffeine/alcohol, importance of regular exercise
- Think 80/20 rule when it comes to both sleep and exercise principles
- Hydration important especially for older adults
- Other recovery strategies? Ie foam roller, pneumatic devices, etc
- Training higher level individuals- what do you base success on?
