In this virtual visit with another PT I problem solve repeated loading for thoracic pain
- using cervical repeated loading for thoracic pain
- checking cervical clinical practice patterns
- use of isometrics and resistance through the range to centralize complaints
After this visit, headaches had increased but thoracic pain was diminished significantly. Sleep quality and quantity also dramatically improved. However, attempts at working out or playing basketball flared up complaints. We address this in part two about a month later. To be posted soon!
