Problem Solving Chronic Headaches





A recent live MMT TMJ and UQ Seminar, a PT in the class had headaches daily. They were left sided and improved on day with with subcranial shear distractions and cervical resets. On Day 2, she said she was better when she did the resets, but then her Cup of Recovery overflowed due to life. So I problem solved. I show 
  • unilateral skull crusher and sustained variation
  • use of the awesome NecksLevel for specific cervical strengthening
  • checking Low Threshold Isometrics for end range shoulder elevation
  • shoulder W's to inhibit upper trap tension
